Love the item however it needed to be packed much better. The cmoutsode corners needed more protection for UPS i guess. The giant fragile sticker and bubble wrap were not enough and 1 corner pocked thru the box. I've cut it off and sanded it down to look almost like new so it will do. I wish the metal had some sort of clear laminant to really make the colors pop.

It's always exciting to open a "Mystery Box" to see what you've been sent. I've ordered Mystery Boxes previously and have never been disappointed. I love the look of the product, but the packaging and handling was not very good at all. When we got it two of the corners were damaged because the product was not packaged well. I had to bend the two corners back into shape. In an advertisement you see a person removing a piece of metal art from between two cardboard pieces - that would actually work and should be how they package. Put it between cardboard pieces and tape it well so it can't come out. Then bubble wrap and put in a box. Ou...

Ordering and shipping process was clear and easy to follow. Packaging was adequate to protect the artwork. A few too many follow up emails. However, the communication was much better then other online retailers. The wall attachments are two-way tape. They will support the item just fine. Would like a 3M style "no mork" attachments. I am dreading moving the art and the damage the "stickers" will do to the wall.

The metal mountain scene looks just like I expected, but it had a number of scratches that are not noticeable unless you are at a certain angle. Unfortunately, the item did not arrive with any way to hang it on the wall. We were able to find some drywall screws with black heads to secure it to the wall. When handling the piece, we had to be careful because of the sharp edges. I like it when items come ready to hang!

It came with several adhesive pad cushions to put on the back to protect the wall where it is hung. The edges are cut very “sharp” and clean to project a very beautiful silhouette!

We love the piece, but we’re disappointed because we thought that it was silver that faded to gray. That’s what the picture appeared to be. Unfortunately it’s just silver. The good news is the company was great about saying we could send it back. We will do this, and then order a solid black in the same design, but maybe even slightly bigger.

I have other photos of clouds and felt this one would look good to compete the area. It does look good. However, compared to other photos on aluminum this photo is not as glossy as all the others. It is a very nice photo but it looks different from the others because of the flatter gloss.

I love the colorful capture of the iconic Delicate Arch in Moab, UT. Been there many times and wanted to see it displayed on my wall.. Unfortunately when I received the metal print the lower corner was bent so it could not be placed on wall. Contacted Metalplex and after sending them many pics of damage, packaging and packing slip I was informed that I would receive a replacement. Currently waiting for replacement. Hopefully it will arrive undamaged as it is a beautiful piece.
