Extremely disappointing experience. I requested cancellation before the order shipped, but MetalPlex sent it anyway. The quality was far below the photos and price—cheap-looking and not what I expected. I returned it, provided tracking, and still had to chase them for updates and my refund. Communication was slow and the whole process was a headache. After reading other reviews, I saw similar complaints about quality, cancellations, returns, and service. I would not buy from them again.
