The product was delivered and presented exactly as described. The packaging was very secure and wrapped so no damage occurred during shipping. It came with several adhesive pad cushions to put on the back to protect the wall where it is hung. The edges are cut very “sharp” and clean to project a very beautiful silhouette!

We love the piece, but we’re disappointed because we thought that it was silver that faded to gray. That’s what the picture appeared to be. Unfortunately it’s just silver. The good news is the company was great about saying we could send it back. We will do this, and then order a solid black in the same design, but maybe even slightly bigger.

I have other photos of clouds and felt this one would look good to compete the area. It does look good. However, compared to other photos on aluminum this photo is not as glossy as all the others. It is a very nice photo but it looks different from the others because of the flatter gloss.

I love the colorful capture of the iconic Delicate Arch in Moab, UT. Been there many times and wanted to see it displayed on my wall.. Unfortunately when I received the metal print the lower corner was bent so it could not be placed on wall. Contacted Metalplex and after sending them many pics of damage, packaging and packing slip I was informed that I would receive a replacement. Currently waiting for replacement. Hopefully it will arrive undamaged as it is a beautiful piece.

I'm happy with the overall look, but what I'm surprised with is the thinness of the aluminum around the composite core. It's so thin that any minuscule pressure can cause a dis-figuration of the surface of the art piece. I wish it was a little thicker to protect it a little more, but it looks nice on the wall.
