So, this was a birthday gift for my son and we had a quality issue with my order. I contacted customer service and got a speedy reply. Everything was done via email, which was very convenient. They put in a new order and shipped it to my mom's house while I was traveling. The 2nd time was a success and my son loved his gift. Thank you.

Great product looks better than imagined. Only downfall was the 3M Industrial tape, not sure if construction next door vibrations caused it to fall. Was present for 4 days and it stayed fine. Came back a week later and it had scraped wall when fell (minor touch up Paint. Bear also hit floor nose first , so had to bend back. Recommend using 3M Claws . This is best hanging device used and make them for heavy hangs up to 65lbs.

Love the way it looks but was dissapointed to see its really not all metal but acrylic topped with a very thin metal....hope it holds up...I think it would be best to be up front about this and then it would avoid dissapointment...

not metal at all ! Look nothing like birds !!!!! Plastic !!!! return police is horrible !!! They don’t stand behind product at all !!!!!! You pay for return shipping 12$ and no costumer service at all ! First one sounded like she was in India no English , no help !!!!! Email they don’t answer either , “ then when they answer , “ sorry it was defective “!!!!????? Really made it clear it’s crappy STAY AWAY

We really like the sigh . The only “complaint “ is the control box didn’t come with any mounting hardware so it just hangs there . We’ll find some small mounting hardware, but it would be nice to have that included .

I’ve got it up where it’s going to hang but I’m gonna do a bit of remodeling around my fireplace but that’s where it’s gonna go. I would recommend a stiffer way to ship it as a UPS or FedEx. Whoever you used to deliver it gently creased it along the trees there and I was able to use a ball hammer and some soft sided wood and pound it back straight, so yeah it could use with a little bit stifferinstead of just that thin cardboard and bubble wrap, maybe put it on a cardboard backing a stiff card...

I absolutely love the piece ! I bought a 16x47 trout with mountains and trees in it .I had a problem with the shipping as the package was damaged during transport . I took pictures and sent them in and they sent me a new piece and it arrived in perfect condition . I was more than happy .The customer service has been great and I would purchase from them again . Was disappointed at first as we received someone else's order, however, they quickly remade the item and I was able to get it in time for our anniversary! The lettering is a little weird on a couple of the letters (a & r), however, I'm sure that is just how it has to be cut. I was expecting metal, but the plastic will do.

The package arrived with tire tread marks across the whole box. I guess someone drove over it, somewhere. One of the antler paddle tips was bent from that. We carefully unbent it. We love it, but FEDEX, did NOT handle it very well!
