Great product looks better than imagined. Only downfall was the 3M Industrial tape, not sure if construction next door vibrations caused it to fall. Was present for 4 days and it stayed fine. Came back a week later and it had scraped wall when fell (minor touch up Paint. Bear also hit floor nose first , so had to bend back. Recommend using 3M Claws . This is best hanging device used and make them for heavy hangs up to 65lbs.

The package arrived with tire tread marks across the whole box. I guess someone drove over it, somewhere. One of the antler paddle tips was bent from that. We carefully unbent it. We love it, but FEDEX, did NOT handle it very well!

However I was given an estimated date of shipment but it was not dropped off with the carrier until after I inquired about the shipment. The only thing I’d do differently is put a hanging device on the back of the star to hang with instead of using tape that adheres to the painted wall. Our paint would come off with the tape!

I received my first one, broken and busted from the shipping. I notified the company and they communicated very quickly with me AND sent me out a new one in time for my big Superbowl party where I wanted it displayed in my basement. I applaud them on replacing it so quickly and the new one arrived a day before my party so I had time to hang it. It is a unique piece of artwork and I would recommend this company to my friends and family for pieces to hang in their home.

I love the look of the product, but the packaging and handling was not very good at all. When we got it two of the corners were damaged because the product was not packaged well. I had to bend the two corners back into shape. In an advertisement you see a person removing a piece of metal art from between two cardboard pieces - that would actually work and should be how they package. Put it between cardboard pieces and tape it well so it can't come out. Then bubble wrap and put in a box. Ou...

Love the art work. Only issue i have is with the adhesive mounting pads. I received the wrong size art pieces and put them up without realizing it. The sticky pads are easy to install BUT virtually impossible to remove. I destroyed my wall taking the artwork down. Had to spackle 12 spots where the tape pulled the painted paper layer of the drywall completely off. Had to buy a new quart of paint to fix the wall. Will find another way to install the replacement set i got.

My initial order was delivered in very bad shape. My metal art was "warped" and clearly had been broken with an apparent attempt to somehow "weld" the repair which looked terrible. HOWEVER, when I contacted Metal-Plex , my new "Bear" showed up perfectly packed and looking great as was intended. So, an A+ on the recovery efforts and 5 Stars on my new unblemished Bear!
