the bike looks great just needed a bit of upgrades like every bike I've owned. added the cruiser bars so it was less aggressive looking and more comfortable on my wrists. had to change the drive train due to ghost pedaling but I did all this the day I got my bike including street tires. The sales experience was very good. Shipping was pretty amazing on the part of Wallke. It came in 6 days. It would have been even sooner, but FedEx let it sit in their warehouse for over a day. So I waited about a month to write this review, so I could actually get a feel for the bike. I have 300 miles on it so far. They were not soft miles either. Going hard on the throttle, some moderate trails mixed in. This is a long review.... Shipping was fine. I got the bike it is fantastic it wouldn't go from 1st 2nd to 3rd you texted me right away the proper way to do it and it worked great the only problem I have is I have two bikes one the rear brake is the left handle and on the other bike the rear brake is the right handle how I tried switching the plugs but it doesn't change anything how do I change the settings for the brakes thank you very much Craig viente

Really nice ebike with fantastic range due to the large capacity battery. I have two H7's, the rwd and the awd versions. I wish they had cruise control and turn signals like some of my other ebikes and they need to better mount the control modules inside the frame. They rattle terrible over rough surfaces but I was able to cure that with some foam wrap.

To give an update on my review of my ebike. I do like how well both batteries work. I am able to pull off 7 to 8 hour shifts delivering on the bike using just the throttle! I hope to continue using this impressively powerful bike.

The bike is great. There was almost a disaster because the spokes on the front wheel weren't tight. I bought for my son. Gave it to him to ride. Luckily, he brought the noisy front end to my attention before the spokes were damaged.

No problems I will get rid of the pedals. I don't care for them. Mostly everything else is what I wanted. Of course I am adding. I will be looking at a step threw for my sister. The seat is too high on this one. Single rear 1000watt on the rear would be sufficient. I will be talking to you later.

This bike was for my wife. She absolutely loves it. The greatest thing about this bike is the range. I cannot believe how far we are able to ride. Trust me when I say... this bike will break you before you drain the battery. I triple dog dare you to be able to drain the battery in a single day... and not be broken. It is absolutely incredible. I like most of this bike for gravel Roads. Because I'm a retired Machinist/Millwright I had no problem with build up, changed out the rubber right away. Runs faster that a scalded dog. Currently have 2 electic bikes. One for the city & the Wallke for gravel roads.

I'm So glad I ordered an extra bag even tho a riders kit supplied one when buying my new H9 Ultra... having spare bags is really great for frequent rides - always ready with a fresh pack! And mine was put to the test in a sudden downpour. I got thoroughly soaked even in my UnderArmor rainjacket, however while my bag was equally exposed, its contents were very well protected and absolutely dry upon arriving!

Thanks. The new battery arrived Tuesday (May 10th), as you estimated. Charged it Tuesday (approx. 4-5 hours to full charge) tested it Wednesday (yesterday) and today, 17 miles total. Based on the readings, I think the new battery will go 30-40 miles per cycle, which is consistent with the original. Note: my local conditions are very little terrain and almost entirely paved roads/paths. Guessing about half the mileage is Pedal Assist Level 2 and about half Level 1. I have 150 miles on the bike so far. Tons of people ask me about my Wallke X3 Pro and I recommend it to all of them. Works great, fat tires are awesome! The cruise control feature is very nice also. It's very comfortable and rides really nice! It looks super too! The front disk brake arrived bent, Wallke sent two new ones. A number of bolts were loose, so make sure you tighten everything up before your first ride. I'm still working to get the motor settings tweaked so it will pull me up the hill...

The H9 AWD is great for long distance travel. The flexibility of being able to use dual motors for uphill climbing, and single motor for flat surfaces is great. Now with the added option of the power bank battery it offers even more capabilities and options for the rides I enjoy. Great platform!!

So far, so good, top speed 33 to 35 mph with both motors. The pulling power is incredible. Going uphill is a breeze with the AWD.. This is my third WALLKE , 2021 X 3 PRO, 2023 X 3 PRO and H9 AWD ..the H9 is something really different...I will give it a slight edge over the 2023 X3 PRO which happens to be 2mph faster.. This Wallke H9 was exactly what I was looking for... High powered, folding, hydraulic brakes, full hydraulic suspension and a decent battery. Packaging on the way to me was good and setup was fairly painless. The bike feels really solid and well built. The power is amazing! I bought the Wallke H7 AWD. This bike is incredible. It has a lot of power, torch and is great for long and short distance rides. Perfect on and off road riding, I did replace the tires to a harder rubber for high speed street riding. This bike easily cruises at 28 miles per hour up hills. The peddle assistance is fantastic

Assembly was simple. There were missing parts, but they were sent to me fairly quick. First ride was fun. More like riding a motorcycle. The seat will be upgraded, I'm not a bicycle rider, and my bottom would prefer a more comfortable seat. My daughter and I look forward to rides. The max 3 is fast, 30 mph on the 5 setting.
