The H7 AWD showed up quickly and in good shape. This is my 5th Ebike and I like its performance and brakes. I did change out the rear suspension springs for ones with a lighter weight and I put on a Cloud 9 seat. The Cloud 9 does prevent the tip up feature from working, though. Quick to deliver. Put it together in a hour. The bike is a beast. Nothing cheap about it. The bike is heavy and would be difficult to ride without battery. Wallke H9 AWD is an awesome eBike. The design is great, the low center of gravity is ideal and add to stability of the bike. The customer service is prompt and effective. I would love to be involved somehow in your future product rollout, improvement programs, or user-acceptance trials. There's not very many companies and products I recommend, but the Wallke eBike would definitely be an exception. More power to you guys at Wallke!

The package for shipping the bike was really good, the bike was totally protected, not a mark anywhere to be found - once unboxed.
The instructions for assembly were very well written, the tools included were adequate to get the job done.
The bike came off the shipping truck to running around the block in a little over an hour. I can’t imagine how this could be improved.

-Some of the hardware are chip and flimsy, like washers and accessories bolts that clearly have fitting issues and make bike look chip.

I love the bike. I have five before this one. This one checks all the boxes for me. The only thing that I would change are the wires running on the bottom of the bike. If I run on a high stump, those wires will get damaged. They are the high current wires that provides power to the controllers. I added a couple U brackets to cover them up in case they grind up against a tree stump. Other than that, it’s a great bike.

Had my X3 Pro for 1 week, already put 40 miles on it, and that's just because it's been a busy week at work. The Pedal Assist is fast and accurate - a previous e-Bike I had had a really long lag time (5 to 10 seconds), and then would kick in and overpower the bike, then would take 5 seconds to shut off. It was not only annoying but unsafe! Imagine if power-steering on your car didn't smoothly react to your input, how dangerous that would be!

I was very impressed with the battery life/speed of the bike overall.
It folds up nicely, however is a bit larger than I originally expected it to me.
The fat tires + suspension make it easy to cruise on any surface for long amounts of time.

Wanted I spare backup battery for longer trail rides took advantage of a discount offer. I love the bike but I am having some problems. I would wish wallke would get back to be me. I received my 22ah battery and the lock is broken and stuck in the frame. I can't turn it on either. Also the control module won't let me change the tire size so I can get an accurate mph. Or adjust the throttle.

The bike is extremely heavy which can make it hard to get going and maneuver but once you do it is extremely powerful. I chose this bike because I live down in a valley and our driveway goes back up to the top of the mountain. I use the dual motors when going up the hill, throttle only I get about 11 mph up the hill. Once on the road I've gotten up to 32 mph.

I have rode it about 8 miles and the battery still shows an 87 percent charge. I figured it will last for 85 to 90 miles before it is fully discharged. I weigh 250 pounds and am 6 ft. 3 in. tall. That is pretty good!
