I love the bike but I am having some problems. I would wish wallke would get back to be me. I received my 22ah battery and the lock is broken and stuck in the frame. I can't turn it on either. Also the control module won't let me change the tire size so I can get an accurate mph. Or adjust the throttle.

The bike is extremely heavy which can make it hard to get going and maneuver but once you do it is extremely powerful. I chose this bike because I live down in a valley and our driveway goes back up to the top of the mountain. I use the dual motors when going up the hill, throttle only I get about 11 mph up the hill. Once on the road I've gotten up to 32 mph. The folding feature of this particular bike does not seem to be worthwhile. It takes a lot of effort to fold it and when you finally get...

The terrain here in Western P.A. is very mountainous. It takes both motors to assist in peddling. I strongly recommend the Wallke ebikes with dual 1000 watt motors to help with hills and rough terrain. Riders are going to be disappointed otherwise. The more battery amp hours you can get is good as well. The dual motors will need it.

The only thing I would complain about is I was expecting a little more power from a 1600 watt motor. When I have it in 2 wheel drive it’s perfect both that’s 3200 watts. Other than that it’s a beast. Love the quality and the distance from the large battery.

Great bike ,thought it might be big and to heavy, but I was wrong it's great so far. No problems but I only have 15 mi. on her. I was wondering if I could get exercise on the E-bike and my answer is ,as much as you want. For it's size, it is relatively easy to pedal at PAS 0. For a 62 year old man, I now don't have to worry about peddling home if I get tired. What a burden off the rides making where you go and how far just about a non-issue with a full charge! My original brake pads are currently still on the E-bikes but they are showing signs of normal wear so I ordered (4) sets in advance so there will not be any downtime with future riding.

The package for shipping the bike was really good, the bike was totally protected, not a mark anywhere to be found - once unboxed. The instructions for assembly were very well written, the tools included were adequate to get the job done. The bike came off the shipping truck to running around the block in a little over an hour. I truly love it. It took some time in me stirring it. Learning how to ride it is like riding a motorcycle. You have to lean going around curves and turning around. It was something different to me. I love that you can peddle and leave in motorized position. It’s worth getting. I’m 65 yrs old and haven’t rode a bike in many years. I have really been missing out all these yrs.

When it arrived, my son the Engineer, put it together with me. More him than me. He was highly impressed with the quality and function of the X3 Pro Max. We both took it for a spin and couldn't believe the response and how comfortable it is. And for my critical son to give his approval says a lot. -Handle bar must be at least 1"-2" wider, makes everything crowded in front. -Some of the hardware are chip and flimsy, like washers and accessories bolts that clearly have fitting issues and make bike look chip. -Need accessible place for water bottle.

Shipping was fast, efficient, and my H7 was perfectly boxed when arrived. I utilized a you tube assembly video and the bike went together without a problem. Kudos the Wallke for the quality tools included in the shipment that I will certainly continue to use. I’ve had my bike for one week, logged 35 miles , and still have 70% charge. This thing is a beast and really does go 35mph. Thank you Wallke for a very pleasant experience thus far!

The bike is great! Only issue I had was in the ordering process when I was supposed to get the free extra 22 amp hour battery. The issue has supposedly been resolved and was told I would be getting the battery in December. If they fulfill that issue I will be totally satisfied. There website was a little confusing in the ordering process. However, the bike is a beast! Would definitely recommend it!

Feel of quality from end to end. Assembly was quick and easy. Instructions were not correct and need updating but plenty of youtube videos to help. Really impressed with the workmanship and the power. Bit disappointed that the battery will only charge a 1000 times. 3 years of usage really doesn’t seem long enough. We shall see.

The bike was shipped fast, and delivered almost completely assembled. I was very impressed with the battery life/speed of the bike overall. It folds up nicely, however is a bit larger than I originally expected it to me. The fat tires + suspension make it easy to cruise on any surface for long amounts of time.

Had my X3 Pro for 1 week, already put 40 miles on it, and that's just because it's been a busy week at work. The Pedal Assist is fast and accurate - a previous e-Bike I had had a really long lag time (5 to 10 seconds), and then would kick in and overpower the bike, then would take 5 seconds to shut off. So far so good. There are things you will have to tighten and keep up on if the H9 is your daily commuter. The dual battery kit which I purchased adds additional weight to the bike but does extend your range and allows your max power output to last a bit longer. This winter will be the true test of hardiness.

Great product! Is very fun to ride. This is my first ebike, and I'm 5'10", and this bike is BIG. I knew it going into it, and it works fine with me. I've taken it for rides and haven't seen the battery drop to 4/5 bars yet. I am happy so far.

The kickstand is good sturdy but you need to put it up every time .it is easy to forget it needs to be put up before you get on the bike.i suggest a sensor to not let you ride with it down.it is a good kickstand

This thing is huge, fast, powerful, comfortable. I don't know how far it will go on a single charge but I've ridden it a good ways and barely any battery drain. New out of the box...I had to adjust the brakes bc they were too tight and loosen/lube the front axle. No regrets

Wanted I spare backup battery for longer trail rides took advantage of a discount offer. I’m getting 35 miles plus to a charge actually amazing for me I’m a large man at 260 lbs as off today I started at 300 lbs when I purchased my 2021 X3 Pro. I average 12 to 20 miles daily. Customer service has addressed every issue I’ve had I will definitely be buying Wallke products from now on.
