Hey I'm really happy with the purchase of the H9. Did a lot of research online and read a lot of reviews and decided this was the best bike for my first "real" e-bike at age 62! Was not informed that it was to be shipped without the extra 22ah battery and it didn't have the inner chain guard when it arrived. It was well packaged with no damage. The battery capacity was a big factor in my decision. Have enjoyed riding it so far! Thanks for putting out a great product!

Had a problem with the keys working for main battery. But kept on working it back and forth and it finally started working. Thinking there was a metal shaving or something in there. Nice bike now.

Complaints first, and there is not much, would be that the bike has too many branding stickers on it. 1 logo, 5 brand names, 4 model numbers, and 2 website addresses. That is taking advantage of your customer and makes the bike look like a rental or something. I was able to remove all of them with a heat gun, razor, steel wool, and some black spray paint. The plug for the rear battery keeps coming unplugged, it should have some kind of latching mechanism. Taped it together to help it stay plugged in. Love the bike so far. Smooth throttle control and rides great.

Awesome bike for cruising long range at 20mph, powerful for offroading, or high speed thrills of 32mph! The full suspension is adjustable and makes for a better ride and can really take some abuse. I love the bike! Not hard to assemble. Performs well. I have only had it out once for a test drive after the assembly. The APP is worthless thus far. "Interface Service Exception" is the error code that shows up and prevents me from establishing an account with them. The reviews on their APP are horrible so I shouldn't be surprised.

Bought to use hunting in hill country Missouri. The bike pulls great with both motors applied., and just on level 2 pedal assist and level 1 for putting around on level ground. Not worried about any hill, been using it this archery season, highly recommended.Im 6'2 ,270 lbs, and I have to lean it over to get on. It is a big bike even to me. So far so good, highly recommended.

One thing I would like is a taller gear. I think a 60 tooth chain ring would work better with this direct drive motor. I run out of gear a bit too early. But I split hairs here. This is a magnificent piece of engineering and oh that throttle!!! And even though it's a step through, it's a good looking little rat! I love it.

But have two concerns; One is a noise coming out of the down tube when you move the bike side to side and Two: I charged the battery for 5Hrs and got a Green Fault Flicker. The bike was packaged very well. There was minimal damage to the carton, but zero damage to the bike itself. It took about 30 minutes to put the bike together and check all the nuts/bolts to make sure they were tightened. The build quality of the bike is very good; actually better than I had expected. I have a 2 year old h7 awd and I have really enjoyed it. I have been very impressed with the power of this the h9 and the brakes are a 100% improvement. Mine one complaint is that the throttle response is very touchy. The h7 that I have is very smooth but I have not found any way to tune this one to this not jump when the throttle is slightly turned. It folds up nicely, however is a bit larger than I originally expected it to me. The fat tires + suspension make it easy to cruise on any surface for long amounts of time.

Wanted I spare backup battery for longer trail rides took advantage of a discount offer. I’m getting 35 miles plus to a charge actually amazing for me I’m a large man at 260 lbs as off today I started at 300 lbs when I purchased my 2021 X3 Pro. I average 12 to 20 miles daily. Customer service has addressed every issue I’ve had I will definitely be buying Wallke products from now on.
