In my personal opinion. I purchased this after over a yr of research. I believe it is a pretty good value, however now that I’m personalizing it I have found the following that could make this product so much better. Mounts for front basket, mounts for water bottle holder in down tube, intergated controls and turn signals whether wired or wireless front and rear. Phone customer service!

I’ve reached out twice since my delivery date. The front brakes are grinding and no matter what I do, whether it’s reassemble the entire front tire/brake system or follow the sent instructions nothing works. My bike looks cool but sucks to ride! All the excitement has gone out the door.

Arrived with no install instructions. I went to your site on utube. It shows the basket pushed right up tight against the battery. That makes removing the battery impossible. That battery installs at a bit of an angle with the basket installed you cannot get that angle.

My plans are for camping with my H9 Ultra. This trailer is really appropriate for taking you dogs or getting groceries riding on city streets, not down USFS two tracks. It does fold up nicely and is light weight but the tires could be more robust.

Overall I really like the bike with a few exceptions. The battery life is much shorter than I expected. Also, the indicator for the Battery Charge is done in Percentage and its wildly inaccurate. This is probably because its just a straight percentage of voltage which will never be accurate. Lastly, I ordered this bike with an Accessory package as part of the deal.
