I am very disappointed with the support I have received so far. I understand that sometimes there is defects with products but I have reached out help with a battery that is supposed to be 48v and I am only getting 5.5VDC in the off or on position. It has been almost 2 weeks and this situation is not resolved. I am now frustrated and disappointed.

What can I say it's a basket, it does the job but for the price that you're paying you should at least include a set of instructions and better hardware to mount this basket.

At this point, I am very satisfied with my new bike. I am having trouble with the shifting derailleur. I am familiar with how to adjust Shimano derailleurs however I am not able to adjust mine into the bottom or lowest gear nor the top or highest gear. I have tried twice so far without any success.

Never got the gift card.
Ordered the gift card and spun the wheel. Won a $160.
When I tried to use it on the battery pack order. It told me I could only use the $160 on a new bike purchase.
Would have liked to use gift card on the battery purchase. But still haven’t received it.

I just got it so I have very little experience with it. You can ask me in a month.

Nice ebike... Lots of torque. Dinging it one star because of a few things. Chainring could have a few more teeth of free wheel. Could be 11-34t. They took helpful display elements from the display like Watts, amperage, controller temp. Can't lower speed in each pas setting even though the instruction manual shows it.

The bike is a beast, but the company is it's Achilles heel. This could have been a stellar experience, the bike is fast, the battery holds up pretty well, its great fun to ride. But...the company cannot respond to quality issues in a timely manner. My bike was delivered in April, out of the box with a bent front wheel. After 20+ emails back and forth with the company promising a replacement wheel, its now late July and I still do not have the part. Makes me very concerned if I have a more ser...

Multiple problems with the Wallke H6 that I received. The front motor getting no power, seat wouldn’t hold into place, front brakes had to be aligned and the front bolts in so tight I couldn’t adjust them with tools provided. The only plus so far is the bike looks aesthetically nice and customer service has been helpful so far to try to resolve the issue. We will see how it goes from here.
Side note also if you plan to take this bike off roading, unless it’s flat terrain, not a good bike for i...
