Very nice. After doing a ton of research, I choose the Wallke H9. I have had it for about 2 weeks and am happy I chose this ebike. Warning, I have the duel batteries loaded and the bike is very heavy. If you remove the batteries, it is not too bad.

I have owned a couple ebikes that have lacked power with single 750W motors. After much research I settled on this bike, and I am thrilled so far. I love the bike but It came with a big gouge in the paint, down to the metal, right where it says Wallkee on the frame. It will require touch up paint so it won’t corrode.

When I recieved it I felt the bike was larger then it looks, it is a solid bike! I'm 5' 7" just tall enough to use it, I feel anyone who is shorter will have some difficulty riding it. It is on the heavy side, people who is not in such good shape will have a hard time folding it and carrying it. For the weight of the bike makes it feel very solid. Built like a tank on 2 fat wheels!

I upgraded to the new headlight at first I thought it physically looked exactly like the original and was a little disappointed . I went ahead and swapped out the old for the new headlight and wow what a difference way way brighter with a better beam pattern. Overall very satisfied. John from Central Valley California

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Easy ordering and fast delivery! I've put on 100 miles since receiving and it's going strong! The only gripe is the throttle controls can be a bit of a stretch to reach and I have big hands; but after some adjustment it's much better. Would have easily given 5 stars if not for that!

I wish that the main battery charger would charge both batteries. It works fine the way it is, just not ideal.
the bike itself is really nice. It has very nice power, speed, and fits my wife (she's 5'3" and 125lbs) and me (6' and 25 lbs). The brakes are world class.

Bike is great now that I figured out where the metal on metal rubbing was coming from. Customer service was not helpful and I have yet to receive the back ordered $300 accessory package after 2 months here. This brand could use more accessory options in my opinion. You can order a nice seat for the kids to ride on the back but not handle bars or foot pegs of any kind for safety that I have found.

Phase/hall wire cable on the controller side is damaged on arrival by the sharp edges inside the frame, but I got a controller replacement from customer service.
