I love the bike but It came with a big gouge in the paint, down to the metal, right where it says Wallkee on the frame. It will require touch up paint so it won’t corrode.

I WOULD LOVE TO HEAR WHY THE BIKE MAKE A NOISE WHEN YOU PEDAL, THE NOISE IS COMING FROM THE CASSETTE AREA. A LOCAL BIKE SHOP MADE AN AJUSTMENT TO THE CASSETTE, THE NOISE RETURN AFTER 20 MINUTES OF RIDING VERY FRUSTRATING. PLEASE HELP!!!

When I recieved it I felt the bike was larger then it looks, it is a solid bike! I'm 5' 7" just tall enough to use it, I feel anyone who is shorter will have some difficulty riding it. It is on the heavy side, people who is not in such good shape will have a hard time folding it and carrying it. For the weight of the bike makes it feel very solid. Built like a tank on 2 fat wheels!

I upgraded to the new headlight at first I thought it physically looked exactly like the original and was a little disappointed . I went ahead and swapped out the old for the new headlight and wow what a difference way way brighter with a better beam pattern. Overall very satisfied. John from Central Valley California

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Easy ordering and fast delivery! I've put on 100 miles since receiving and it's going strong! The only gripe is the throttle controls can be a bit of a stretch to reach and I have big hands; but after some adjustment it's much better. Would have easily given 5 stars if not for that!

The basket looks great and it gets 5 stars for being durable, my complaint is it should be easily installed and removed. Everything on this bike folds and removes for easy transport, the basket is like an after thought.

Very nice. After doing a ton of research, I choose the Wallke H9. I have had it for about 2 weeks and am happy I chose this ebike. Warning, I have the duel batteries loaded and the bike is very heavy. If you remove the batteries, it is not too bad.

The features and quality are good. My only complaint is the rear shocks are to stiff and should be made adjustable for those who want a softer ride.

Bike is great now that I figured out where the metal on metal rubbing was coming from. Customer service was not helpful and I have yet to receive the back ordered $300 accessory package after 2 months here. This brand could use more accessory options in my opinion. You can order a nice seat for the kids to ride on the back but not handle bars or foot pegs of any kind for safety that I have found.

Ordered two H6 bikes (one green and one black). This review is for the green one. Bike arrived on time and with no damage (one or two very small scuff marks in paint - probably occurred during manufacturing).
Batteries charge properly. Display works properly. Gears shift correctly. Brakes work well. The bike performs quite nicely. It hasn't been run at top speed yet but preliminary rides indicate that it shouldn't be a problem to reach max speed.
