This is a great ebike. It is comfortable to ride and very quiet. Breaking is reliable and effective even with travelling above 20 mph. The customer service is also excellent. They are quick to respond to questions and suggestions. I would easily recommend the Wallke H9. To anyone who is over 5 feet 8 inches and can lift over 60 pounds reliably.

More power than expected! I'm A heavy guy, but this bike was going 18mph with rear only motor in pas 1! I got the white H7, love the way it looks in the sunlight. My only issue was the seat post, I had to replace it because it was a bear to attach to the replacement seat I switched out from my old bike. This bike has the torque and range needed to get you where you need to be in style.

Just absolutely fun! I'm 56 and had to have a hip replacement due to a accident. I really thought I'd never be able to get out and and enjoy the outdoors again.Thanks to the Mayo Clinic, the best by the way, less then a year later I'm riding a h9 60 amp and it's so much fun!!!

Love the bike. There are a couple of issues with shipping damage, but corrected promptly. Have an issue with forks, but hoping that gets straightened out. Only have 30 miles on the bike.

Very well made, the H9 AWD Owners Manual is well written and illustrated plus the shipping and packaging were excellent. Customer Support is very good and responsive. The eBike itself is a beast and comfortable. There's only a few things I'd like to see improvement on. This bike should rate at 9.9 out of 10.

I believe my first review got lost. When I initially got it my bike had a defective front fork. The amazing team at Wallke sent me another fork fork under warranty. It took some time but it was needed. Installation of all parts are pretty easy. If you look up youtube videos there is a lot of help at your finger tips. Have the H6 MAX I bought just before the AWD model came out. Im going to upgrade shortly but in the mean time the H6 is a great great bike. Hit central park yesterday had a amazing time. drove 30 miles over 12 hours came home with 52% battery. This bike handled NYC worst potholes like a champion!! Saw the firework show amazing day!!

There are ebikes and there are ebikes but Wallke is the Cadillac of ebikes. Everything about the X3 is superb. The comprehensive flexibility of the programming parameters on the LCD display is awesome. The hydraulic disk brakes make stopping absolute from any speed. Speaking of speed, it's awesome. 30+ mph and it goes anywhere regardless of sand, snow, dirt or asphalt. Can't beat that.

You advertise 60Ah and 22Ah for 82Ah battery. But when I received my bike, it only a 40Ah battery. Y'all are very misleading. Even your advertise on this survey says 60 and 22ah battery. This is very misleading. Faults advertising. Who ever does your advertising you need to fire them. I'm not happy. I bought a wallke H9 awd with 60ah and 22ah battery. But I got a 40ah battery.

2 more amp hours than my original bike battery but works just fine and fits perfectly. My 2024 X3 Pro seems to be having much more power and better torque. The quality of the Samsung battery cells do make a difference in longevity and durability.

I like the rugged look of the bike, the power that dual motors brings, but overall could be a tad bit lighter in weight. Oh One more thing, the horn could be a little less harsh in sound. Perhaps a bell sound instead “Ring Ring”. But All in all, I love my bike and wouldn’t trade it for the world.

Bike motor operates. It folds and fits in a Subaru Outback. Compared to other 750w bikes, it is slowest, and poor climbing compared with other bikes of same powervrating. The speedometer does not work when coasting or in PAS 0 mode, or if you stop pedaling. The speedometer is not true speed and shows 5 to 7 mph faster than actual speed.
