Its bigger than i thought. This is a powerful e-bike. I use it for commuting and i can keep with traffic, which i love. Dont underestimate the size and weight of this bike. Its heavy. You will not be able to lift it up a flight of stairs by yourself. The bike is quality and substantial i would recommend it to anyone looking for an ebike.

The rear battery will not charge past 4.5 volts. There is an annoying alarm sound coming out of the headlight . I turn the light off,and it still sounds like an alarm. It doesn’t go off until I turn the power off. I charged the rear battery with both chargers supplied,and no change. I have brought this to your attention through email,and tried to call the service telephone # but I get a hang up.

Powerhorse!! This ebike is wonderful. Dual motor (Khaki). It travels quit a nice distance. Heavy, it is nearly 100 pounds. A great, smooth and quiet running machine. It's attractive definitely turning heads. In inclusion, making this ebike perfect or just as near perfect. (Battery/ Battery life. ) The voltage ⚡️ 48v is nice. It's the (AH). This h9 is worth every penny. If I use the lowest setting on AWD PA1 I get over 100 miles and I weigh about 190. I'm 6ft 8" and when I put the seat all the way up I'm on my tippy toes at a stand still. I like this bike because I can also raise the handle bars and and stand up on the peddlers and ride it like a scooter. Bike motor operates. It folds and fits in a Subaru Outback. Compared to other 750w bikes, it is slowest, and poor climbing compared with other bikes of same powervrating. The speedometer does not work when coasting or in PAS 0 mode, or if you stop pedaling. The speedometer is not true speed and shows 5 to 7 mph faster than actual speed. Great bike plenty of power. Brakes are great. Issue, back rack seat. Poor mounting the screws have already stripped out of the plastic. If this area is too be used as a seat, why not provide foot pegs? Radrover has them (poor bike all around)
