I bought this for getting around to my hunting spots during archery season. Put it to the test on the farm last weekend and it surprised me how easy it was to get up some really steep banks and creek crossings. Had plenty of torque with me on the bike. Really a lot fun to ride down timber trails and pasture ground. 6'2" 185lbs.

My husband ordered these bikes for us and I was definitely hesitant at first but they are awesome! Once you get the hang of how to use it, you can't stop riding it! We have enjoyed every minute being on these bikes and can't wait to find more places to take them and ride them! I love the look of my blue bike too! My husband purchased a phone holder and cooler bag for the back so there's no reason not to get out and enjoy the day on my new bike...and we enjoy a little race too! ;)

My wife and I love our new H9 Bikes. The only complaint is the website shows that a shorter rider should get the 40amp bike as the seat goes down farther. well this is not true they redesigned the bike and the 40 and 60 amp batteries are the same size so I recommend just ordering the 60amp for any rider 5' 4" and above. They did give us a deal on the 20amp battery kit but still would have been cheaper just to have ordered both bikes with the 60amp battery. Other than that so far we love them...

Tires popped/ flat . 3 ride. Upgraded thm. The bike is heavy as heck. Seat is not comfortable. Battery is really good. Took it 40 miles and still had 100% battery. Got so many compliments when i'm driving it around overall, it's a nice bike

This bike is powerful and fast. Very happy with the performance. Assembly was difficult for me and the controls are complex to the point of not wanting to change the settings but the default settings are perfect for my needs anyway. This bike is fun and sturdy. It's big but I got used to it quickly and other ebikes feel weak in comparison now. Overall I love my awd h7 step through and am happy I chose to get it!

Loving it so far I was expecting the range to be better it got down to 35% by having it on setting 2 for the longest time and the rest of the trip it was on 1 and that was for a good 10 miles it claims to have 140mile range with pedal assist false advertising. Other then that I’m thrilled with the bike plenty fast and very good quality!

I love it it been a long time since I have road a bike I am 72 and it is so big I have to watch it when I get on it but I was so amazed how much power it has i weight 193 lb. and it goes up hills with out any trouble the only thing I guess if I was buying it again I would either get the 24” or see if you had a 24”but I would not take anything for it

Love the bike—plain and simple. It rides great and feels solid. Swapping the full throttle for a half twist was definitely the right move; you should offer that option at checkout—better to pay you than a bike shop.
The chain could use a guard—it’s popped off three times already. Not a deal-breaker, but a small rail in the back would fix it. Also, the rear basket holes didn’t line up; my mechanic had to drill a new one. Minor issue, but worth noting.

After putting it together the first ride was great. Very fast even on number two assist. Braking is as good as my motorcycle. I’m 69 so I think I will buy a suspension seat post for it. The fit & finish is top self. No rattles or strange noises. Very smooth. I’m very pleased with my purchase.👌😀👍

Solidly constructed!! Looks great! I only weigh 120lbs while taking chemotherapy. The ebike is heavy for me now and hard to get up and down a few steps I have to navigate.

Bike looks good, rides great. Everything on it works and there were no missing parts, assembly was pretty easy. It is heavy, so getting it up stairs to apt is a bit challenging, but I knew it was heavy. Motors are more quiet then I expected, acceleration is crazy and ride is quite smooth. Looking forward to some long rides when I get the chance.

Yes I am very happy with the replacement brake it was easy to replace and works better than the original. I have replaced both tyres and brake pads as I have done 2670klms (two thousand six hundred and seventy) since I received the bike in April 2025.. I am very happy with the bike and not having to worry about keeping an eye on how many klms I do.. Thank you for a great product
