Excellent attention to detail and customer service as I had one glass replaced upon delivery noting a small flaw in it. Only 4 stars as they are a bit bigger than I had envisioned, but still very striking glassware.

We like the glass - the only thing is packaging could be nice, it was a birthday gift, so how we received it did not feel special. It would be a nice touch for the price of a glass like that.

The package arrived and seemed to be well protected, but upon opening the wooden box lid was broken making it unusable. The glass wasn't broken, and it's a beautiful glass, but I expected it to be heavier, compared to a crystal set I already own. I notified the company about the box, to which they responded quickly and said they are sending a replacement, we'll see.
