Glasses bought as a gift with a beautiful Japanese whiskey which we shared when received. The glasses are beautiful, but unfortunately they arrived in boxes which are a beautiful part of the gift but many corners were damaged. The wood is quite soft which is okay but needs better packaging for a delivery overseas. A bit disappointing!

Very easy to resolve my problem; I didn't submit a claim for the 2nd glass as it was a replacement. But, I should have to let them be aware of the imperfection in that batch of glasses. All of my other glasses have been perfect!
