Really disappointed with the glasses had a number of scratches and imperfections. I emailed and was told a replacement would be sent. The replacement order was cancelled without reason and I have not received a refund nor a response to my email.

The company is sending emails regarding the order and I still haven't received the goods! It's been over a month since I placed the order, I wanted the whisky glass for a present, however it hasn't arrived and I can not even track it. It is unfortunate that I didn't check the reviews before I ordered. I wouldn't recommend this company!

Still haven’t received it, customer service is pathetic, will never order from this company again, almost £40 out of pocket for a glass that won’t arrive before Christmas and it’s meant to be a Christmas gift for a visiting family member!! This company and delivery partners are an absolute shambles! No apology, no estimated arrival date, no compensation! Ordered almost a month ago! Avoid at all costs!
