I was really pressing for these irons after seeing them on IG. I got them on sale when they were 30% (thankfully) which was still a lot . I have natural hair, thick 3c-4b to give some context. To start, I was disappointed that the logo started rubbing off of the iron, I guess do to the oil from hands. Next, it took way too many passes to get my hair straightened. I Am actually out of town I tried to use it last night for the first time and was disappointed and will be reaching out to EPA heat on Monday. This item is malfunctioning the temperature gage is not working. I will need a replacement. The larger ones are awesome though.
