I’m madly in love with your styling tools! So much so, there the only irons I use. I was extremely excited to try your hair care products. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. Shampoo spilled, conditioner top broken, comb missing and Demi Brush broken within 15 mins. I’ve decided to be a EPA Heat iron user for the remainder of my career. I’m open to trying the products again.

Shipping was fast and I really enjoy the product. I loved how sleek my hair got and how flowy it felt after flat ironing it. What I didn’t love, though, was the plate size. It definitely didn’t feel like a true 1-inch flat iron — the plates seemed much smaller.
