My brush arrived broken. I can not get in touch with anyone from the company. I’ve emailed and dm’ed on Instagram. I left a comment but they deleted and had my restricted from ig for 1 day.

It feels really good in the hands, it’s durable and you can see the sheen in hair as the iron slides down hair shaft.

I received a damaged flat iron when I ordered new. I took photos when I opened the box. It had scuff marks and debris on it and in the box either from manufacturing, used before by someone else or both. I had to go to Instagram for assistance, email was being ignored.

They are pretty great. The only con is that I wished it had a locking mechanism to keep the flat iron closed.

Horrible product glad I only last me six months and when you reach out to the distributor they don’t respond. Don’t let social media fool you on this iron.

Not worth the money I have other flat irons a lot cheaper and makes your hair shiny and all This flat iron takes all the shine away

Love the blow dryer. My only dislike is the comb won’t stay attached to the dryer.
