I recently moved my free-roam bunnies inside for the summer and the Pet Snowy Air Purifier is so helpful with keeping the smell of their hay and litter down and keeping their whispies from floating through the air. Easy to assemble and so quiet. Very pleased and highly recommend.

Apart from delivery, which was awful as they used Evri, everything has been great. I did email to complain and never got an answer from PetSnowy. The litter tray is excellent, best we have had. We are Ragdoll breeders and it copes really well as our main litter tray.

Really excited with our new Pet snowy. One of our kitties took to it straight away. The other in always timid with new things although I am confident she will use it!
I imagine it will save us a lot of time once kitties have fully embraced and we can remove the other litter trays.
Thank you Pet snowy for a great product!

We love them, right now only 1 of our ten cats are using them.(we got 2)I know it takes time but bummed that they didn’t take to it quicker

This is our second replacement screen. And this one had directions to be sure we didn't put it in backwards. Yay!!
Note the other one may have had directions too but I didn't find them,
The smaller screen size is much more effective in getting out the little chunks of used litter.

The litter box is working great, I had to put a piece of plywood under it because my apartment only has carpet and the sensors wouldn’t work with carpet under it, but customer service helped me figure that out quickly. It is so quiet I can’t even hear it cleaning. My cats took to it after a couple days. The waste drawer fills quickly but I have two cats and it is very easy to change the bags. It is quite large it takes up a huge space but it’s worth it to not have litter all over the floor.

We have a scaredy cat, we had to leave the top off a couple days before she would use it after that we put the top back on and plugged it in and she still used it and we have been loving it ever since. The app was easy to load and use. WiFi was easy to setup.

Love it. So much better than the litter robot we’ve had for years. Keeps the littler in the box! The bags work much better and close automatically. And it automatically runs the deodorizer! #gamechanger. Worth every dime.

Easy to set up, runs very quietly and my three cats all adjusted to it very quickly. I love that the entrance is enclosed and has a litter mat. I don't have litter spraying all over the floor every time they leave any more! The bag capacity is great too. With three cats a bag lasts me about 10 days. My one note would be that perhaps future versions could connect to 5g wireless as well as traditional wireless networks. My house is on 5g so I can't use any of the internet-dependent features, but h...

Such a time saver! No more scooping 😊😊. I have 2 cats. The first cat adopted the Petsnowy the second it arrived. My second cat is less adventurous by nature. I had to completely remove the old litter box, unplug Petsnowy & remove the top cover for her to finally do her business. Now she is using it with no issues. I usually empty the litter tray every 3 days because I do not like the idea of old pee and poop in our home. This also helps prevent strong smells. The litter tracking system is pretty...

I really do love the look and design of this over the other one I have. However it's sat here for three weeks now and my cats just don't use it. We are moving in about a month and I'm hoping by that time they will use it.

We have had the pet snowy nine months. We came from robo litter. I am very happy with the results of pet snowy due to the unit being enclosed and very quiet. I was a little nervous about the opening for our cat since she was used to the robo litter much bigger opening but I would say that with in a week it was like she always had it.

I just put this together a couple days ago and both my cats are using it. I had a bit of trouble getting it started but persevered and it worked perfectly. Can't really see the maximum fill line so I winged it knowing there was a limit. Again, worked perfectly. Hopefully this will last longer than that China made junk.

This purchase was just for filters for the amazing water fountain. Belle our cat loves it. Is not afraid of it like a few other fountains we have tried.
Love that via wifi I’m reminded to change filter and add water. Perfect. Belle is very pleased.

First time going to an automatic box and it's been good so far. I'd recommend getting true "99% dust free" liter to get the best performance. We are using Fresh Step multi cat and the dust is around the globe part of the box. We bought Boxie Pro but have not yet used it, but other have reported great results.
All and all, the box is worth it and it does a fantastic job of keeping the smell down, and minimizes liter being tracked in the house.

Cat loves the Toy, provides entertainment for (6-month) kitten adjusting from being outside to inside on a full-time basis. Plus gives her a release for her built up energy prior to bedtime.

This litter box is similar in design to the cabinet and traditional box they previously had. That's the reason I chose this one over the Litter Robot. Both cats adjusted to it pretty easily with some encouragement. I took the lid off for a bit and set them in the box and used their paw to "dig" and they got the idea. After a couple days, I put the lid back on, and they used it. They're still getting used to the noise it makes when it cleans, but it's very quiet. So far so good!

Overall, the feeder has worked fantastic. My only small complaints are I wish the food storage capacity was a little larger and the low food blinking light was red instead of white so it's more noticeable.

I was looking for a time saving auto litter box to help with my daily tasks and leave more time to spend with my cat. I also needed something that aesthetically fit my decor and wasn't too bulky in the space. This was the perfect fit! The neutral colors blend well as opposed to most brands that offer black or white. It also only took my cat a few days to get used to the box. It keeps the litter stink away! Even my autistic partner can't smell the cat stink in the living room. Absolute 10/10! Hig...

I have a couple different automatic litter boxes but this one is by far the best. First, with the walkway and litter mat that catches the litter stops my multiple daily sweeping. 2nd, that it packs the waste in the bag automatically after cleaning so I don’t need to smell it, plus the freshener as well which helps keep the smell under control. It looks great, can’t even really tell what it is and it’s quiet so doesn’t scare off the cats. It’s safe, stopping the cleaning cycle if a cat goes back ...
