I have only had the Snow box for a couple weeks now. It took about a week to get my cat used to it. I spent a couple days with the bonnet off, then put it back but taped the cloth drape open, and finally restored it to fully-assembled. He loves it and is very comfortable with its use (in fact, the app, which apparently has a sense of humor, has accused Gryphon of taking naps in there).

The Watering Fountain is the perfect height for our adult cats. It is easy to see the water level through the window on the side and a light blinks when the level is near empty.
Since all three of our cats come into our bathroom to lap the water, I am ordering more fountain watering systems for the kitchen and for downstairs.

Just amazing! Loved the customer service, such sweet and helpful answers! Got it a few days ago and my cats have adjusted well. One of my two cats still sometimes uses an old litterbox but I’m pretty sure I’ll get rid if the old box soon. I was a bit hesitate how my cats adjust to it but at least for now everything is going great! We have been using the Pet Snowy box for over a year now and it has been great! Our cat, which we got as a kitten, used it right away and never looked back. The litter liner does pick up some odor over time and urine spots seem to stick to it as it gets worn. But Changing it was quick and easy and it is just like new. No smell, no box cleaning, just change the litter bag underneath every 10 days or so. This is a great box!
