I bought direct from Snowy so that I could purchase the extended warranty. It says there’s a 30 day guarantee but the fine print says you have to pay return shipping costs. Based on the size and weight, that’s over $150! I would have preferred another brand due to the size but because of the return shipping fee, it’s not worth the hassle and financial loss.
