I also like how it tracks how much and how long my cat uses the litter box, due to my cat having a history of urinary stones so it’s easier to keep an eye out for issues.

Except for trying to get the cover off to unwrap the plastic on the filter (the plastic was wedged in the mechanism-- not fun!), it works straight out of the box. There is a lot less hair in the living room, too.
Two suggestions:
1. make a bigger one. This one will do my living room, but the rest of the house, no.
2. Make washable filters to reduce on waste and offer a spare for purchase.
Otherwise, like the PetSnowy litter box, a very wise investment.

Both of my cats (one under a year who doesn’t like his whiskers touching bowls, and the other a senior who doesn’t care about anything) and my miniature dachshund love this water fountain. They can all reach it comfortable, which I was worried about because my dog is really short. It holds lots of water (I add almost a liter every day) and is very easy to clean. The app reminds me to clean it and change the filter too which I love.

The box is great. It's quieter than another other cat box I've used and the deodorizing pod has a nice -- but not overwhelming -- scent. My cat took to it almost immediately. The only problem I have is with the app, which doesn't work. But the box can be used without it.

Wish the inside surface area was a wee bit bigger to make it perfect so he is less likely to step in the poop while he is covering it. Otherwise its a great machine. Really happy with the bundle so far. The litter box has been amazing. I went almost two weeks without having to change out the waste bag, and I have two cats. I like the water fountain because I feel like the water stays cleaner than a lot of other fountains. The feeder is great. The portions are small, but it's super easy to just increase the amount of portions it dispenses. All in all, very happy with my purchase so far.

I love this item it does exactly what it’s supposed to do. The cats took to it quite easily. The unit is quiet can barely hear it dump the litter other than the clumps hitting the tray. I do like the textured mat inside . It does work to remove the litter from the paws. The only thing I would prefer . Updating the liners to a silicone insert removal tray. Not a fan of the liners. I appreciate them but would rather just remove a tray insert and dump.

Both of my cats are happy to use it. I’m happy to have this nice enclosed box that has no resemblance to a litter box. I have had it for a few weeks and it has performed flawlessly. I do wish it had a soft glowing nightlight for them but they have done fine without one. We tried PetSnowy after using Litter Robot for years. My Litter Robot stopped working (again!) so I decided to look at other options. I am SO happy I settled on PetSnowy!
We did add a small motion sensor light inside and temporarily had to remove the curtain (so our cats could adjust, it’s back in place now and easy enough to remove and replace as needed).

I'm still getting to know the Pet Snowy (and so is my cat), but it's going well. I did run into a tiny issue trying to figure out how to properly set and insert the waste tray, as I kept receiving an error message. But, a quick reset of the litter box cleared that up (unplugged and plugged it again). I really appreciate not have to scoop everyday and there does seem to be less litter tracking. While the Pet Snowy is slightly bigger than I imagined it would be, it's very quite and good at control...
