The cage falls apart easily. Then Kavee sent the wrong floor for my 3 x 3 cage they sent me two 3 x 2 floor pieces. Customer support has done nothing to fix this they just sent me a video to put together the floor that wasn’t in my box.

Absolutely zero instructions, the lid kept falling in. Tried following instructions for smaller model and it did not help. Maybe take time to make an instructional video for this model. Bottom is two pieces of chloroplast I have no idea how to fit together because again, no instructions.

Absolutely hate this cage. I have the 4x2 with double stand.. spent over $200 on a cage that is extremely wobbly and unstable. It constantly comes apart and the poop and hay fly out the grids constantly. My piggies also pee at the very top of the liner bc its so low. I shouldnt have to put zip ties all over it like others have, to have a stable cage. Wish i could the whole thing.

This cage is falling apart CONSTANTLY. The connections do not keep the pieces together. There is NO support for the wrap/platform option. bottom is like a thick cardboard... Which is HELL to clean even with the pads I purchased. I would NEVER recommend this product to anyone

Fun like legos to build, and just as disappointing as to how fragile it is, I bought $700 worth of cages to build the first one and think, darn, that is poor quality, so I started the next, same thing, poor quality, not sturdy, liner broke, so what now makes me want to spend another $300 on fleece liners, right, nothing, don’t waste your time or money

Even after emailing the website/company to confirm the thickness of the panels will work my existing cage, received bad information and they don’t fit. Not all bad though, will just save them and buy a Kavee specific cage in the future…

The sides are not tall enough, (other companies have 6" sides),and I don't like how you have to assemble it. It's easy, but also comes apart easily. Other companies use plastic rivets. Much more sturdy. I also don't like the fact that you have to buy 2 at a time.

Comes unzipped while washing even with adding towels to balance out the machine. I had to add large safety pins to keep the zipper in place. Seems like there is a better design that can be done here.

Clips will not stay together, clear sides are not cut right so those will bearly go into the clips. Not sturdy at all truley disappointed for the cost.
