They didnt arrive that night and I sent out another text. They immediately handled my concern with very little effort at my end. Very professional and I received my cages 2 days later.

Happy with the space and how it turned out in the end, but took close to 4 hours to put together. The video that’s suggested to watch while building it since it comes with no instructions is terrible, she skips so many steps and doesn’t explain things properly. They only provide 4 zip ties when in reality we needed close to 30 if we didn’t want it falling every 5 seconds. If you’re up for a challenging day and ready to sweat, go for it! Really not pleased with this product which is a bummer. Last year I bought the Christmas drop fleece liner with hidey and have absolutely loved it! My piggies are full grown and can’t squeeze in here. The hole is too small and no matter how many times I’ve tried to flatten it, it still cave in on one side. Also the pee pad is torn.

This past October I purchased a 6x2 cc cage and a 4x2 cc cage for my 3 guinea pigs. I also bought the fleece liners that went with the cages in black. These cages are a WASTE OF YOUR MONEY. Our two guineas love this cage and so do we. The girls love all the space that they have to run around in. We made one corner into a sleeping space and they go in there if they need some down time. There is a hay bin in another corner. This cage is easy to clean. I would recommend it for anyone that has 2-3 medium size guineas or 1-2 larger guineas.

Got the 6x2 with the loft & lid, on discount for about 150$ off. The cage grates are very weak and flimsy, they need to be zip tied at all points all the way around (have to get your own zip ties for this) or it falls apart just looking at it. It was a complete waste of money and if they did returns without paying shipping then I would've done that but I can't afford the shipping costs to return it. Won't ever buy anything from the Kavee website ever again. Very cheap material, very frustrating ...

Crazy absorbent! It’s very easy to just toss in the wash and always comes out looking brand new! It helps a lot to brush off all debris like hay, poop, and food. Was skeptical because of the price but this really is just so much better than every other liner!

i love the look of this cage & the idea, but it’s unbelievably unstable. the only thing keeping it from falling apart is copious amounts of zip ties. it collapsed the first night & thankfully my pigs weren’t injured. no directions for this cage, they only offer a video pertaining to 2x4 & 2x3 cages, whereas i have a 2x5 cage. the top cage is extremely wobbly & idk it’s probably not super comfortable for the piggies either. i love the color of the coroplast but the walls are very short.
