The main issue I have is that I was charged duty fees from FEDEX due to this purchase. I believe I ordered from the US website where I live, and was not expecting additional duty fees. I was not informed at the time of payment that I would be charged duty fees. I would not have purchased from Kavee if I knew about the fees I would be charged.
