Got a $63 bill from Fex Ex weeks after my product arrived after being told shipping was free when I ordered. I was never informed I would receive a bill for shipping later. If you're located in the US, I would highly recommend purchasing products elsewhere. It seems like a pretty basic request for a company to have transparency and communication regarding their shipping fees. Disgusting.

BEWARE!!! if you are trying to ship to the US, you will be screwed by customs and have to provide completed custom forms because everything is sourced from China. Then once you spend time providing your Social Security and all sorts of personal information, FedEx will deliver it to your house and send you a bill. The bill that I received was over $550 to have my order delivered and it’s just one guinea pig cage and a few accessories. What a joke. The Customer Service for KAVEE is completely Unh

I am still having difficulty getting loft liner replacements. It seems like the website just keeps directing me to cage liners when I click on loft liners. I'm being told this is probably because loft liners are out of stock? Sort of a double problem. More loft liners are needed and the website needs to tell the customer that something is out of stock and not redirect them to a different product.
