Disappointing: I assumed the base was plastic; however, it just seems like heavy cardboard. Guinea pigs have already eaten several spots in the material. Very disappointing for the price! The layout of the cage is good, just disappointed in the material used. 😢

Extremely flimsy, wobbly and inconsistent grid wire spacing. The powder coating was rubbing off on several of the grids as well. For the money I paid for the entire set up I'm very disappointed, I did not feel it was safe to house my guinea pigs as every time they moved about the cage it would shake and wobble. Total trash.

It's nice that they are pre-sized for their liners, but they are a little small. Also, while they are well above others I bought before, they aren't as durable as they are advertised. Still, they are one of the best, if not the best, on the market that I've encountered.

Love the new pigcasso print, however in my personal experience so far the design of the hidey turned out to be small, guinea pigs are not enormous, but they are not the size of a hamster and I do feel that my piggies find this hidey uncomfortable😕.

The cuddle cup is adorable and it is very well made. The only complaint I have is that I believe they are over priced. Also, after washing it once it shows some wear, so this is worrisome at how durable it will remain over time.

Slightly disappointed. I’ve bought multiple fleece liners in the past and was so excited to receive the new pumpkin loft and fleece liner for our piggies. However, it is ALOT thinner than our previous fluffy fleece liners. Noticed that the overall appearance is much cheaper, such as the stitching is already loose, and I paid $160 for the 5 foot liner and loft combined. Sad to say I won’t be ordering another set if this is the way the liners are now designed.

I like that these clear panels reduce poop and hay from being scattered out of the cage and provide a clearer view of our piggies, but the panels cannot be secured with zip ties, so be aware of that when considering the layout of your cage. It impacts the stability of my double-decker cage.

I really wasn’t happy with this product. I zip tied all of the grids together because they constantly fell apart. The paint was always chipped on it upon unboxing. Cheaply made and very unsturdy. Very disappointing given how much I spent on this.

I do hope this review is posted. This review reflects overall how unhappy I am with my order. Initially I was sent the wrong size liner. I purchased two 3x2 fleece liners and was only sent one in the correct size, the other liner was 6x2 . Fortunately this was remedied and I was sent the correct liner after emailing customer support. The size is decent by all means, but the tray isn't very stable. Also, the tray is too low keep the guinea pig feces in, and not out on the floor- as it is indeed an on floor cage, but still. There were no instructions provided on how to put this together and I had to pull up a video and replay several times to get it put together. Once it was put together, it works very well for our little piggie. However, after having it for about a month, I've noticed that parts of the cage are rusting and breaking apart. So for the amount of money I spent on this, it is very disappointing to see the quality doesn't align with the cost.

Overall seems to be cheaply made for the price. I had to use zip ties to keep the frame pieces together as they kept popping out of the holders with minimal movement of the cage. It is spacious and the liner is fantastic but the overall stability and quality for the price seems to be lacking in my opinion.

The acrylic will break on the corners VERY easily. When u get them put together they are VERY hard to get to lock into place and STAY LIKE LOCKED IN! We ended up burning holes into the corners of the acrylic so that we could zip tie them together so that they would STAY together! 3 of the acrylic panels ended up breaking in the corners either by trying to get them to lock into for the first and because we had to continuously try to get them to lock into over and over again.
