Easy to put together. Some middle bars broke in the process. We did purchase the lid. Cats broke through the top multiple times. We had to zip tie everything. Wish there was a simple latch for the lid. We purchased a carbener.

I like the idea, but two problems. Note: these problems may only be for using it with a bunny instead of a Guinea pig. One is that the connector for the two loft pieces often comes undone, likely from the force of the bunny jumping. Two is that the ramp itself is not strong enough for a bunny (which is why he just jumps up). It’s still usable, but not quite as sturdy as I expected.

These cage liners were very expensive, so my expectations were set high. What a let down! They soak through after 1 day and they smell. Our 2 guinea pigs Timothy hay sticks horribly to the fabric, which makes them difficult to put through the laundry. It’s not fleece. It’s cheap polyester. We will likely be replacing these soon and will not be buying from Kavee again.

I loved the cage and everything about it but was extremely disappointed about the return policy, or really lack there of. I had to return my pigs for their safety and I had them in the cage for less than 48 hours and I cannot return the cage as it cannot be resold. So now I have a $250 beautiful brand new cage sitting in the garage.

It has been almost a month since I ordered my cage. I only received one of my two packages, and did not receive the cage. I have reached out to Kavee three times and they refuse to even respond. I am beyond frustrated that I paid over $600 to a company and there is zero customer service. I will be reporting the charge to my bank and returning the accessories.

I’m not sure how this product has received so many 4 and 5 star reviews. While the color and size options are great, that is about it. Our cage had to be completely remade with zip ties holding everything in place. Without zip ties, our cage was an accident waiting to happen. I had to zip tie each connection because the round plastic pieces don’t hold it securely at all. My piggies just running or jumping would knock them out of place. When one grid falls, it’s a domino effect and they all fall. The zip ties have helped stop that from happening. They are too expensive for what you get.

It took over a month and a half to get delivered and I now have a $600 (yes six hundred dollar!) bill with FedEx.
Then on top of it all five of the plexiglass panels have already cracked in several places.
I should have just tried one of the ones on Amazon for a tenth of the price and delivered next day.

This cage is TERRIBLE. I would NOT recommend. For over $100 I should not have to continually put it back together every single time I open one of the latches. I watched the directional video to put it together and it is still flimsy and not sturdy at all. Save yourself the money and buy your own C&C grids.

I haven't even used them yet. I will say it pays to read the description. I thought these were the plush liners (like a pillow) NOT fleece. I didn't realize you had changed to fleece. My big question is do these leak and will my piggies feet stay dry??? Next time I will read the description, thoroughly! The whole reason I bought them was to spend my $15.00 Kavee coins but when shipping is $14.99... Ooh I saved a penny!!!
