I have to admit I was skeptical of ordering the waist trainer. I reviewed 10-20 videos and I wanted to try it but…there was no sizing information. Finally I came across one lady who tried to give some info on sizing. So I just took a risk ordered and it arrived in a very timely delivery. It fits great, I love it. I’ve been wearing it 5 hours a day. Working my way up to 8 hours. But I love how it fits, makes me look and it’s very comfortable to wear.

This is by far the best waist/tummy shaper. It’s very easy to put on and I love how it has the extra secure straps so that the trainer stays in place and doesn’t rise up. I love the elasticity and the sturdy Velcro.
I have noticed a difference in my tummy and my results are due to having a balanced diet and working out 6 times a week. It tucks you in really well with a snug snatch and I love how when I take it off it’s a relief bc that trainer don’t play!!!
