I love the fact that the vest covers all areas. Other shape wear leaves me with upper back fat hanging over, which is very noticeable. This one just tucks everything in. I do have to order another one in a smaller size because I ordered the extra large and it's too big. I'm 205 lbs and I either need a large, or maybe even a medium because I was going for a much tighter squeeze.

I love the waist trainer but mine has had some minor tears and plastic strips are exposed. I wear mine daily and was under the impression it could be worn daily but I have only had mine for 3 weeks and its torn and i have only wore it to work. i don't exercise in it or anything but up and down alot. I ordered an X-large. I LOVE IT BIT THAT'S MY ONLY COMPLAINT. If I did something wrong please let me know.
