It was my 1st order and I had an awful experience. I waited almost two months for my product, which was not correct. I had to resend it on my own, paying more money, because they don't provide a return shipping label. So my 1st and last ever shopping with this company.

Online shopping and delivery was smooth and faster than expected

My product came pretty quickly. But the sweet sweat girdle did not fit at all and you sent me 2 of them. I can t use them but overall what I wanted works for me.

Return process seems to be difficult

Trying to make a return in an unused item due to the wrong size.

Nothing I received is as pictured

I do live when companies care about the after. Just because you asked me how my purchase went with your product will make come again.

Horrible: forced to buy a plastic tummy trimmer with a horrible smell. It was added to my cart without my consent and couldn’t take it out. I put it in the trash as soon as I opened it and the chemical smell hit me.

Size guide was incorrect. It didn’t even close in me

This has been my worst experience ever

My overall experience with Sculpt Touch Official was extremely disappointing. The product I received looked nothing like what was advertised. The sizing was completely inaccurate, the quality was cheap, and it felt like a thin piece of plastic. I ordered the largest size available, but it looked like it would barely fit a child. When I reached out to customer service, they only offered a $10 refund instead of resolving the issue. I feel misled by the advertising and would not recommend

Won't honor their policy. Garment is coming instituted but apparently its not a garment defect..

The look was absolutely amazing vey thick and well made
