I purchased a medium and after a couple of uses believe I could have purchased a small. If I decide to buy the small it will be just for every day use not for working out it would be too uncomfortable. The medium however is comfortable and give me the right amount of snatch to my abdomen. I experience some gestational bloating and have recognized that this helps alleviate the pain and discomfort by giving me the perfect compression. I would recommend to buy this product especially for the price.

Don’t mind the mess BUT. I love these waist trainers! I got the hooky ones. I gave up on waist trainer in the past due to sizing always isn’t right.
