Sorry for no picture but later. I got an xlarge which is perfect but by the time I really get into my workout I will need to size down. I am 5'2 194 pds. I am working on loosing 50 pounds. Health reasons brought on the weight so now I am on the road to recovery. I will in the gym 3 to 4 days and I believe some sort of constant exercise will enhance the ability for the belt to work more. My gym has been shut down for remodeling so I'm just walking at this time. That's all for now.

True to size. Breathable. Wear up to 8hrs a day. I’ve even taken a nap and woke up and was still fine in it. Just make sure you line the straps up correctly and make sure you don’t strap it too too tight in case you do a lot of sitting down (I work from home) and it won’t roll up on you. If you strap it too tight or don’t line up the straps in order (top first, then bottom, then middle) it can possibly fold as it pulls on the material, causing it to scrunch up.
