Let me just say waist training it not for the weak. I went a size down not thinking anything of it, but that I wanted to be snatched for my 30th. BABYYYYYYYYYY SNATCHED is the right word for it. Now I'm not going to lie if you like to breathe order your t-shirt size. (As in whatever size you wear.)

I've purchased many different waist trainers, but this one really works. It's comfortable, firm enough to hold you but soft and flexible enough to move with you with no discomfort. I sleep in it. I wear it all day at work, as I bend and sit. I don't have any issues with it getting too hot or uncomfortable or riding up on me. I love it. It does what it says it will do. Unfortunately for me though, I had to stop wearing it because the boneing hit directly on my sciatica nerve and activated my bilateral sciatica nerve pain. So I had to stop wearing it. I do plan on trying it again though. I'm going to figure something out so I can wear it. I felt great about it all. This is a great product.
