While I love the trees, there was a slight hiccup in the assembly. First, no directions, or even pictures to see how it is supposed to be assembled. But since it is fairly intuitive, I began to put it together. After getting past the awkwardness of handling such a beefy piece of spiraling metal, I grabbed the bolt to tie the arm to the center pole and found that there was no way it was going into the holes provided.
