Customer service is non-existent with the agent implying that I'm not being truthful about not receiving an item that the warehouse did not pack, even after submitting a copy of the packing slip that clearly shows it was not packed for shipping. I have not been able to contact anyone since Nov 18, no one answers their phone and no call backs after leaving messages with call back number and all reference information.
