This was my first time renting from The Fitzroy and it was a great experience, even without stepping into the store. The shipping was so fast and it arrived with lots of time to spare before the event. The dress fit was exactly what I expected based on the provided measurements. I'm 6' and this dress was the perfect length for me and it wasn't even on the tall-friendly list. I can't wait to have an another event so I can rent a dress again!

Loved this dress ! I am however 5 foot 3 so it was a bit long . Totally my fault for not factoring that in. It was stretchy and so well fitting. I got so many compliments. If you choose to rent this dress in chillier months definitely consider renting a fur coat too.

I absolutely loved this dress! It moves beautifully and fit perfectly ; the medium was perfectly sized as just slightly looser than I anticipated, which made it fit better and move better. This dress is unlined, so I highly recommend wearing a slip underneath. I got so many compliments and felt amazing all night.

Loved the dress! Was extremely comfortable and really shone under the lights. I found the bust a little big on me compared to the hips but likely that’s due to my proportions. The sequins weren’t itchy at all as the lining was good quality. Highly recommend!

This is the perfect dress for a formal event (spandex/skims undergarment friendly) - it has a nice stretch to it but holds its shape perfectly ! I am 5'1 - it was a little long but very easy to keep off the ground, and no issues walking with it being a little longer. Loved this dress and loved the rental experience! The slip that comes with the dress can be buttoned/clipped to the dress to keep it in place. The colour is gorgeous, and the metallic stars add extra sparkle. Perfect for my second “covid birthday” with my boyfriend at home.

I need a dress last minute for my civil wedding ceremony and they were able to help me find the dress that not only fit perfectly and was exactly what I was looking for but it even made it to my in Ottawa well before I needed it. The dress was beautiful and in pristine condition, I didn’t want to send it back! I will absolutely be renting again.

I loved this dress! It felt very glamorous! It was very well-constructed, and had a nice weight to it, without being too heavy. The pockets were a huge bonus! The whole experience rocked. I am a repeat customer and will always stay loyal because again and again I feel awesome, well served and heard, and get a million compliments! If it helps 5’9 and usually wear a 10 and got the Aus 14. Had more room than the same size in the same dress but the wine colour (almost got that one), so this may fit a little bigger.

This dress was the most perfect Fall Wedding dress! Fabric is super luxurious & dress is very comfy. I received so many compliments! I was able to walk & dance no problem at 5'6 + heels, but if you're shorter it might run a bit long. I probably could have sized down to a XS, but they didn't have it in studio, so if you run in between an XS & S, I'd recommend trying XS. Overall experience was awesome! Holy smokeshow Batman!! I felt like a million bucks in this dress!! It was fitted but still quite comfortable, and I wore it for 7hrs! The front slit does run quite high; you could see my thigh saver shorts when I sat down, but if you are taller than 5’3, that might not be an issue! I also wore some boob inserts to fill out the cups, but would have been just fine without them as well. 10/10, 100% recommend.

The best dress I’ve ever worn. I wish I could wear it a million times over. The corset in the back is amazing and snatches you to the gods. So many compliments, and so perfect for my bachelorette down south. Obsessed. It runs true to size, but not the end of the world if you have to size up since the corset in the back allows you to adjust.
