Vitality capsules work better than any other means I've tried, and I've tried a lot, of achieving regular eliminations daily. The catch is I'm up to five capsules per day and still do not have three regular bowel movements a day. I do not have the financial means to take more than five capsules a day. So I'm in a quandary. The screw-on metal tip is top notch. I'd like to order another one of those. I already had the exact same hose with my dual headed shower.
