I initiated the Vitality capsules recommended for help with elimination while doing the Power of Pine protocol from Dr. Andrew Kaufman. It helped me maintain the elimination pathway needed while doing that detox protocol. I worked up to 4 capsules / day which was productive. I really liked the product, it’s much more gentle than laxatives. You are pretty gassy at times and does have an odd flavour like a spice type flavour.
