Vitality capsules works a whole lot like a stool softener. I like the fact that they do not make you run to the bathroom all at once like a laxative. Continued use will make you regular and will have you feeling better and improve gut health.

I really liked the product, it’s much more gentle than laxatives. You are pretty gassy at times and does have an odd flavour like a spice type flavour. I have to say once evacuating your gut feels phenomenal. My only negative is it’s kind of pricey and from someone on a budget I don’t think I’d be able to repurchase it.

Vitality capsules are excellent. They have a lot of ingredients that help support cleansing/detoxing regimens by removing toxins. I would note that they weren't as potent as I was expecting in terms of a laxative effect, but when I supplemented Vitality capsules with Cascara it was the best of both worlds.

You need to be a regular pooper to be healthy and one capsule a day helps me in that regard. A vegan diet helps, too, but I’d recommend Vitality Cycles anyway, as I like Dr Daniels’s philosophy and approach to health.
