Love the capsules but the web site leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to managing a subscription. There is no way to do that outside of contacting customer support, and even then there are no alternatives offered. If this site is based on what shop.com can do either that platform is lacking, or the web developers have not been tasked to beef up the site to make it better for people who would like to subscribe in more effective ways.
