I have worked may up to 2 to 3 movements a day with the combo of regular and extra strength capsules. I’ve tried other digestive aid before but these work the best for me. I read on one of the Docs writings that the combo of the 2 work well. I started out with the extra strength, switched to the combo, and MAY try only the just the regular if things keep going the way they are for me. I think Dr Daniel’s uses just the regular.

My experience with using the vitality capsules is very positive. I started out with taking one per day and now I’m up to two. I take them with water and right before a meal or shortly thereafter to ensure that doesn’t upset my stomach. It doesn’t have any flavor to it?
