I have worked may up to 2 to 3 movements a day with the combo of regular and extra strength capsules. I’ve tried other digestive aid before but these work the best for me. I read on one of the Docs writings that the combo of the 2 work well. I started out with the extra strength, switched to the combo, and MAY try only the just the regular if things keep going the way they are for me. I think Dr Daniel’s uses just the regular.

On my second bottle and works everytime , Before I started using Vitality capsules extra strength I used to have a BM every 3 ,4 ,5 days sometimes with laxative which give me horrible cramps, nausea , sweating just like IBS-C flare and now I take one Vitality capsule every night after dinner and next morning I have a BM without any IBS-C symptoms ....Thank you for this amazing supplement !
