This supplement is amazing! 🤩 I have IBS and the doctor wants to prescribe me a whole bunch of medicine that does not work actually makes it worse and in the long run it was really going to cause long-term problems.. I am so thankful my brother-in-law introduced me to these!! Definitely game changer, they’ve helped me lose weight. I have worked may up to 2 to 3 movements a day with the combo of regular and extra strength capsules. I’ve tried other digestive aid before but these work the best for me. I read on one of the Docs writings that the combo of the 2 work well. I started out with the extra strength, switched to the combo, and MAY try only the just the regular if things keep going the way they are for me. I think Dr Daniel’s uses just the regular.

I take them with water and right before a meal or shortly thereafter to ensure that doesn’t upset my stomach. It doesn’t have any flavor to it?
