I have been using these capsules for about a month. I can tolerate 2 but 3 gives me diarrhea. I’m not entirely convinced this is the right product for me, but I’ll give it some more time. It’s been about 2 weeks. I’m up to 2-3 pills a day and It’s intense. A fair amount of cramping throughout the day and headaches.

I liked the cleanse but had to stop the Vitality capsules as something in them caused diarrhea. I am impressed with this company’s customer service. I was able to return them easily and was notified when they were received and a refund was issued. I do recommend Dr. Daniel’s protocol. Try her capsules as they seem to work for others. But (!) Vitality Capsules are not helpful to me.
I’ve tried several days, now, spaced out.
1 capsule results in over 36 hours of diarrhea.
The days I do not take 1 capsule I have normal elimination.
Tried 4 times.
Each time same result.
