I’m sorry to leave a negative review, but it absolutely is the wrong thing for me. I already was having 3 bowel movements a day. Yet thought these capsules might be a good idea before I attempted the Turpentine protocol. They had the complete opposite effect and constipated me. The 90 capsule size is a lot for those of us who only need to take one capsule per day. The web site does not allow subscribers to get maybe just a 30 capsule size, or to regulate our subscription to how often we'd like it delivered.
