I have been taking regular strength capsules for a while. I take 6 after breakfast. As long as I drink plenty of water each day, the capsules are doing the job.

I used to take the regular strength Vitality capsules, and they worked just fine for me. My husband needed the extra strength, which worked well for him. Since the new branding, I need to take the extra strength capsules and sometimes they are just not enough, so I need to take an extra one. My husband takes 2 of the extra strength a day. The combination of the lower effectiveness and the increase in price make them VERY expensive. Not sure if I will continue with them.

I bought the regular Vitality capsules. I'm very disappointed. I'm on 8 days of these things and eight pills, and it has not changed at all for my bowel movements. I thought about going to the extra strength ones, but I'm almost afraid that it won't work. I had really high hopes for this.
