I have followed Dr. Daniel’s for quite some time. Done many “rounds” of turpentine to great success. Thank you. But (!) Vitality Capsules are not helpful to me. I’ve tried several days, now, spaced out. 1 capsule results in over 36 hours of diarrhea. The days I do not take 1 capsule I have normal elimination. Tried 4 times. Each time same result. P.s. I’m sorry to leave a negative review, but it absolutely is the wrong thing for me. I generally have regular elimination, but thought I better follow Dr Daniel’s recommendations, before doing the yeast cleanse, so I purchased 3 bottles of vitality capsules. The first day I took 1 capsule, and eliminated 5-6 times that day. The second day I took two capsules, and I lost count on how many times my bowels moved! I could hardly step away from the bathroom. The 90 capsule size is a lot for those of us who only need to take one capsule per day. The web site does not allow subscribers to get maybe just a 30 capsule size, or to regulate our subscription to how often we'd like it delivered.
