It's amazing how much better I feel. I didn't realize that not having regular bowel movements was affecting my health.

After a very long search for an effective, gentle, reliable aid to daily digestive health the only product I've found that actually works are Vitality Capsules.

Healthy and predictable like nothing else. I've been using Regular Strength alternating occasionally with Extra Strength 1-3 times/day for years for functional sluggishness.

Vitality capsules were the missing piece in my struggle with loose stools, coupled with apple cider vinegar I finally have proper digestion and elimination.

It tastes a lot better than other shilajit I have used. For the health benefits, it is too early to tell and I take too many other supplements. So I can't tell. Since I drink water without minerals, I need to add a lot of minerals on a daily basis!!!

I've been using Vitality Capsules since Dr. Daniels started selling them. They definitely keep things moving and that is always a good thing.

I alternate Vitality capsules with pure Senna (Neo-Lax) and Cape Aloe for regularity. I take 2 vitality capsules at night. They work well, although I was using Neo-Lax which contains more Senna for so long, that it evacuates me better. I like to alternate products and hopefully one day the vitality capsules alone will work better for me. Vitality also has some Senna leaf powder in them.

I got up to 3 capsules before having 3 BMs per day but had some unpleasant leakage while urinating. I am now taking 2 per day and it is working well but not 3 consistently.

I can say it definitely works well! I haven’t yet reached 3 per day yet. I’ve been taking it slowly in preparation for a turpentine cleans. I absolutely love the Shilajit, it’s my favorite of all that I’ve tried. It hard to only take a small amount. I want to eat it all! :)
