My body is very sensitive to new ingredients. It has taken a while to adjust to the capsules. I was up to 3 per day however experiencing cramping so cut back to 2 caps, then 1. I found my sweet spot with one capsule per day for now. If you are sensitive like my give your body time to adjust before giving up.
