These guys UNDERSTAND the “CUT” concept of meat. Amazing experience! I live in the east coast and still prefer One stop halal for specific cuts. Specially the brisket. I loved the notification process, so I knew when the turkey would arrive in Florida. It was frozen when I got it and once it thawed it looked and smelled fine. I thawed it in the fridge. It had very little fat which I liked. It was delicious and my mum was so happy to be able to have turkey. My only regret is that I wished I had gotten a bigger turkey. I would definitely order again and praise be to God for all the hands that made this possible.
