The 3rd time ordering and the meat was still nice and fresh as usual. I usually order in the middle of the night on Sunday it gets here in 1 to 2 days. I order grass fed grass finished and you can tell, the difference. Got some good beef liver, and a juicy tender brisket. I will post pictures next time because I regularly by their products

Alhamdulillah the beef bacon is amazing. I usually bake to get the nice crisp. Love that there are no nitrates or anything added. I only know of one other place in Ohio ( I’m sure there are more) that you can get fresh sliced from a halal meat market. Alhamdulillah this was just as fresh and better in my opinion. My experience with goat meat has been not too stellar but when a friend told me to try One Stop's goat meat, I did and was glad to have. The meat was well packaged, and clean with minimal fat. The salan I made with the 2 lb goat meat was very very good. I found the mix of meat and bones perfect, and my 80 year old father in law whole heartedly approved of the meat quality. I need to get some more packets of that soon for my freezer!

I was shocked at how good the brisket point was. We just put the vacuum sealed bag in sous vide to reheat. It was a bit annoying to peel off the label sticker first, but not that big a deal. Everything was tender, the fat was rendered nicely, and the bark had excellent flavor.

We used the lamb shank in a okra stew with tomatoes and baby limas. A dish that is loved in South Carolina. The lamb is so flavorful and tender. I used the instapot and it was ready in an hour. Served with rice and or cornbread. Umm delicious 😋

I broiled the malai boti last night since it was too cold outside to use the grill. The morsels were so moist and flavorful. I was scared they would be spicy, but they were not. If you like spice, you can add some to the pieces before cooking them. Paired it with a cilantro yogurt dip and naan. I’ll definitely get it again for when I need a quick, marinated meal.
