Shipping experience is clean and effective. Comes well packaged in dry ice and on time. Big selling point for AZ resident.

Great meat, fast delivery — terrible support ​The meat is great and delivery is fast. Thin slices are perfect for breakfast, lasting 4-5 days. ​However, they substitute items with random other meats without notifying you, and contact you way too late about missing items. Support is nonexistent (emails ignored, phone is shoddy), making issues impossible to resolve.

One Stop Halal has been a pleasure to work with. The meat is great quality.

Subject: Feedback on Order #79737 Ground Beef The ground beef had more than 5% fat and was ground too coarse. It needs to be fixed. We tried to make koftay and shami kebabs with it, but they did not turn out right. T-Bone Steaks Right after I placed the order, I emailed support about Order #79737 and asked them to cut the large T-bone steaks into smaller pieces. I don’t think the support team paid attention to my email. This needs special attention.

Order never arrived

Halal chicken and goat meat was delicious. Delivery was not good. Box was broken and delivered to my neighbor.

We did not get our first order freeburgers. We tried the bihari kebab, masala was not even close to what we had expected. The beef jerky was not good taste either. We have ordered several other items from frozen, haven't got to all of it yet

I ordered this because your website promised 1-day West Coast delivery. After ordering, UPS changed it to about 3 days, so I asked if my order was safely packed. Instead of answering, I was told it could stay at room temperature until opened. Your photos and description suggest a raw product, so this was very confusing. I asked for clarification but never received a reply. Please clearly describe what this product actually is and how it should be stored and shipped.

Overall I have never had complaints. Been ordering since 2021.

Salmon was frozen for a long time, not fresh, doesn't have a label where is from. Overall other meats/fish don't seem that fresh, fundamental problem as I am ordering frozen stuff.
