Subject: Feedback on Order #79737 Ground Beef The ground beef had more than 5% fat and was ground too coarse. It needs to be fixed. We tried to make koftay and shami kebabs with it, but they did not turn out right. T-Bone Steaks Right after I placed the order, I emailed support about Order #79737 and asked them to cut the large T-bone steaks into smaller pieces. I don’t think the support team paid attention to my email. This needs special attention.

I ordered this because your website promised 1-day West Coast delivery. After ordering, UPS changed it to about 3 days, so I asked if my order was safely packed. Instead of answering, I was told it could stay at room temperature until opened. Your photos and description suggest a raw product, so this was very confusing. I asked for clarification but never received a reply. Please clearly describe what this product actually is and how it should be stored and shipped.
